Nein? Na, ist ja auch gerade erst veröffentlicht worden. Der Song ist bekannt, das Video sehr ungewöhnlich, eigentlich wie immer. Diesmal sehen wir einen muskulösen Pole Dancer und am Ende des Videos geht es richtig zur Sache, aber das musst du dir halt selber reinziehen. Ein wenig brutal ist es schon, aber auch das sind wir ja von Justice Videos gewöhnt ^^ Diese Song-Adaption ist übrigens aus Woman World Wide, dem letzten und aktuellem Album der Beiden.
Der Regisseur des Videos ist übrigens Édouard Salier, der auch Civilisation umsetzte. Kleines Easter Egg im Justice Musikvideo ist dann 0:33 ein Einspieler von Civilisation. Nice.
For Love SOS, Xavier and Gaspard arrived with a surprising starting pitch: “it is the story of a bodybuilder, doing pole dance in a cage, and suddenly it all goes wrong …” they wanted it to be sexy, strange and brutal.
The idea was to do a video with a simple and effective narration. The track LOVE SOS has something sweaty and weeping. The image needed to illustrate the song perfectly, and the result to be as beautiful as disturbing. I wanted the spectator of the music video to find himself in the same voyeur position as the audience assisting to the show: first, to find ourselves fascinated by the performance of the pole dance to be then surpised and hypnotized by its outcome.With Justice, we had worked together on the music video « Civilization », and I knew that in terms of image we like the same things and have the same visual culture. So our collaboration has been as fluid and obvious as on “Civilization”. Nothing is more motivating than a real collaboration between artists. They know me and respect my work, just like I respect theirs. They know to tke risks and assume it, which has no price in the universe of music videos.
