5- Reboot into recovery mode *Home+Power*
6- Apply sdcard:choose zip *PICK dream_devphone_userdebug-ota-14721.zip* from the list
ALLOW IT TO INSTALL FIRST…..you will see the “unbox” image………then it will automatically reboot HOLD HOME button while it reboots.
7- WIPE!!!! This will allow google apps to function, correctly.
8- Apply sdcard:choose zip *Pick cm-4.1.99-signed.zip* from the list.

Now that the dust has settled, it's time for a new CM build..___________
I'm calling this 4.1.99 because I'm waiting for the MT3G OTA, and my new installer is a little different. The ROM itself should be incredibly stable, though. This is a modified version of AOSP 1.6 without the proprietary bits. In order to get up and running the first time, you'll need to follow some simple instructions.
....
The Android devices we own come with many files that can't be redistributed legally, and as you all probably know, I can no longer include these with my ROMs. So, in order to get up and running, you'll need a compatible device with a compatible ROM. Please visit the appropriate site below, read and agree to the license agreement, and download the "1.6 Recovery Image" for your device. You'll need to flash this before installing my ROM. Note this is NOT the same as what we all think of as a "recovery image", it's just what HTC calls the version you can flash as an update.zip from recovery mode. Optionally, you can download the fastboot version and just fastboot flash the system.img first. You only need to do this the first time, upgrades shouldn't require reflashing. You don't even need to boot it, just flash it, then flash my ROM. After that you can just use CM Updater. The install process backs up your proprietary files and applications and restores them afterwards.

Stop by #cyanogenmod on irc.freenode.net!
Wer jetzt noch Probleme mit der Stabilität oder der Geschwindigkeit hat sollte aus dem Recovery bzw. der Console ein Upgrade auf ext3 bzw. ext4 mache.
